Poinsettia Christmas Program 2007 Dan Schantz Farm & Greenhouses are committed to growing premium poinsettias. This year our 6" branched poinsettia will be spaced 14" x 14", 4" branched poinsettia spaced 8" x 8", and 10" 3 plant poinsettia hanging baskets are given twice their normal space to grow into trophy plants. We start planting our poinsettia crop in July and plant through out August to take advantage of early and late season Christmas sales. New poinsettia varieties are added to our line every season, this increases our selection of color and quality of plants through out the Christmas sales season.
